Originally from Maryland, Debra Gurin has lived in Punta Gorda since 1999 and has taken great pride in watching the revitalization and development of the area, while keeping its laid-back atmosphere.

In addition to her experience in residential real estate, Debra’s background also includes architectural design. Whether finding that architectural masterpiece for a buyer or highlighting the superior design of a seller’s home, this artistic flair provides her customers with an extra facet of expertise, along with her comprehension of building codes and structural elements.

Specializing in the waterfront communities of Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte, Debra’s sophisticated area knowledge and mastery of the local market enables homebuyers and sellers to make informed real estate decisions.

Committed to ongoing education, Debra has earned numerous certifications & designations that enable her to back her professionalism with knowledge and has earned her the title of "The Listening Agent". A designated Certified International Property Specialist, she helps promote worldwide transactions and embraces diversity.

Being avid boaters, Debra and her husband are passionate about the relaxed waterfront lifestyle that characterizes southwest Florida and enjoys sharing its hidden treasures.

Arlene is a graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.  She has years of marketing experience with the Bell Telephone Company in addition to her 40+ years of real estate experience encompassing the sale of residential, resort, condos, subdivision developments, farms and commercial.  Arlene has sold out five subdivisions and has over 1,400 past clients.  She represents both Buyers and Sellers, and her goal is "to help people buy and sell real estate with problem-free results".  Arlene's designations include:  GRI (Graduate Residential Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and RAM (Real Estate Alumni, University of Michigan).

Originally from Southern California, I moved to Charlotte County Florida in 1994. In 2002, I started my career in the real estate field by working as a broker's assistant and office manager for a successful local independent brokerage. In 2006, I received my Florida real estate license and have been a multi million dollar producer with over 5 million in lifetime sales. In 2012, I started in property management full time and managed over 50 annual and short term rentals for six years. I have also worked in the legal field; and earned a Paralegal Studies degree from State College of Florida in Venice, where I graduated with honors. In my spare time, I co-lead a Girl Scout troop, volunteer for various causes, love to read, love to learn, and love to spend time at one of the many gorgeous beaches Florida has to offer. With my diverse background in real estate and the legal profession; I am a Realtor you can count on to understand the complexities of real estate sales and negotiations. Gerri is originally from the Chicago area (Arlington Heights, IL).  She attended Loyola and DePaul Universities.  She worked for a Fortune 500 company for over 26 years, starting in Marketing/Advertising, moving into Finance, and then as Executive Administrator to the Chairman, President and CEO.  After "retiring", she moved to Florida, but subsequently decided to return to work.

Gerri enjoys doing projects and repairs in her house and gardening.  She loves animals and Florida sunsets.  Her guilty pleasure is playing video poker at the casino.
